Dear Elva,

Received two letters from you this week and I sure was glad to get them as I have been very short on mail this week. Well so you are moved and settled back to the beach home; boy I sure would like to be up there with you as I can imagine how nice it must be along the seashore this time of the year. Say honey do you get my air mail letters faster than these Vmails? Please let me know.

I pitched my first ball game over here in Eng. the other night and we won 5 to 4. It was a very good game but boy do I feel it I am so stiff and some I can hardly move around; also saw a good picture on my day off. Ossie Nelson and his band were in it and it took me back quite a few miles. Say hon here’s my new APO #658 so use it instead of the old one and as for now I will close again with all my love and remain.

As Ever,

Frank
