Dear Vera:

Hoping this will find you and everybody here in the best of health as I am thanks our Lord; at the same time I answer your letter which I was very glad to receive.

Nothing new there everything is about the same, rainy again but that isn’t unusual at this time of year.

I hope you enjoy your Christmas vacation which I know you will, but you’ll be glad to go back to school after the Christmas holidays.

I am glad your sister Phyllis came to see all of you; Tonie also told me she was pretty close to home now.

Yes Vera, I received the films Tonie sent.  I already wrote her and told her about it.  Thanks to you both.

Give my regards to all the family.  Hoping to hear from you soon.  I’ll close for this time.  Be good.

                                                                        Love,

                                                                                    Your Cousin

                                                                                                Daniel
