Tuesday Night.

Dear Jane:

Hello sweetheart. How’s my darling? I am just fine only it really is late. Can’t sleep at all.

I got your letter of Saturday today. Was sure glad to hear from you. I haven’t had very much chance to write since I got back. But we’ll try to do letters. Don’t know much of any importance to write, what I can write.

How is Jr. feeling? Is he bothering you much. Give him a spanking for me will you? Take care of yourself and Jr. will you? Try to be happy and don’t worry, because everything will be alright.

Be sure and let me know in time so I can get an emergency furlough and come home. Honey, let me know if you get your money, If you don’t call the Treasury Department and ask about it because you should get it pretty soon.

Jane, tell Mother and Dad hello for me. Tell Mother and Dad I won’t write them tonight, because I don’t know very much to write but that I love them a lot and will write real soon.

Also, honey, I love you, with all my heart. Jane, I guess I will stop now, I am about out of anything to write will write you the next letter on the train, after you get this you can send my letters to my new address.

Lots of Love sweet

be good and take care of yourself,

Clive
