Dear Nick,

We received your letter and were glad to hear from you. We also got the picture you sent. We had a letter from Ann the other day she is fine. She also sent six dollars home. We didn’t have a letter from Pee Wee yet. Shorty is home for ten days he said that Pee Wee will be home on the 27^th. Pop isn’t working anyplace yet. I think he is going to try to get a job at Central City. Aunts were at our place on Sunday. Pop filled the one small room only. We sent for the four ply wall board. We had a Christmas Card from Buzuks the other day. I guess this will be all this time.

P.S. The reason George is in jail is because one might. Me, Leo B, Roy and George were sitting in Ray B car in the upper Drammond and George got out to take a break and Bowser caught him. He will be out in four days.
