My Dearest Darling Wife,
Hello sweet little angel, how is my darling little wife. Awful, awful sweet I know and fine I hope. You had better be dolly. Gosh Honey I received four of the sweetest letters yesterday and I was so darn thrilled to get them dear. They were so darn sweet and precious dearest, just like all your wonderful letters are. I also got one from the folks dearest. Yours was November the nineteenth and twenty first and December the twenty ninth and thirtieth dear. Gee darling your precious letters mean the world and all to me and they are so darn sweet. They make me so awful darn happy dearest and make me feel so wonderful all over. Honey in your latest letter you had received four letters from me and I was so darn happy to hear it dear. Sure hope the mail is still coming in good dear. Honey dear you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful darn much.
I am feeling fine now dearest and getting along all right in every way now. I have plenty of everything now darling. Well Honey it rained all this morning but was fairly nice this afternoon. Sure hope it stays nice now. Sure hope is it nice now dearest at home and not to cold. Well Honey I worked this afternoon. Just got in and had supper and took a shower and its around seven o’clock. Moved the tractor this evening to another job and I sure am tired tonite. Gosh Honey it would be so heavenly if I could be there in your sweet arms tonite. We would have our dishes all done and be going out or be resting in each others arms and listening to the radio and we would be so darn happy dearest. Gosh Honey won’t it be wonderful when we can really start our life together and be in each others arms every minute of our time.
Honey I got
your letter with the description of your little home. I’ll bet that is sure
cute dear but I’ll bet it really seems funny not having any more room than you
have. Sure would be swell if you had another bedroom
honey. Do you sleep in the bedroom dear or use the roll away bed? You said you
had your bed and things in the basement honey. I sure hope in is nice and dry
in the basement dear so your things will stay nice. Did you have room for your
cedar chest upstairs Honey. You want to be sure and watch your things in the
basement dear cause a mouse can sure do a lot of damage if one should happen to
get in the basement and get into anything. Boy Honey you sure do have a lot of
nice porch space. I’ll bet that closed in porch is sure handy dear. Gosh Honey I
am so darn glad you got a little house. It will probably seem awful crowded for
a little while but you will soon get used to it dearest and it will be so darn
much easier for you to take care of. Sure am happy that is has a nice bathroom
to darling cause that sure does make things handy in every way. Now that it is
so darn cold you don’t have to get outside for anything after you get in from
work dear. Sure bet you have things fixed up nice now dear. You have been
painting and fixing everything up, your curtains and all. Gosh but I hope you
have it all finished now dear and can rest at nite
when you get home. Honey dear you said that you sure had nice neighbors to and
your cousins lived next door. Who is that dear do I know them. Is there any of
the kids from out at
Boy Honey the mosquitoes are sure bad tonite. First time I have noticed them so awful bad here. I guess all this rain is making a lot of breeding places for them. Gee but it will be swell to be able to sit down in comfort once again and not have them things to put up with and be able to go to bed and not have to have a darn mosquito net. There can be a real nice breeze blowing and you go to bed and get your mosquito net down and you can hardly feel the breeze. It will be so darn swell to really be able to have plenty of room in bed and not have to worry about getting up against the net at nite. Gee darling it will be so darn wonderful when I am back in your sweet arms and the good old states. Gee but all this gets old dear and it will be so darn wonderful when I am out of these tropics and back in a climate that is really for a white man.
Honey I was sure sorry that the folks didn’t get over Christmas Day. You know how they are though when the weather gets a little bad. Sure hope they got over soon after Christmas dear. Would of sure been nice if the weather had of stayed nice and Noels and them could of got over as they had all planned. You said Helen gave you a scarf, hose, stationary, and a hankie. Sure glad you liked it dear and the box of candy that Mother got you for me. Gee darling it will be so heavenly when we are in each others arms and can really enjoy the holidays together and be able to give each other our presents in person and I will be able to really get you something once again. You are so darn swell to me dearest and always send me so many nice things. I sure do wish I could get my other packages dear. I was so darn anxious to get some of that swell fruit cake my little darling baked and now it looks like it isn’t going to get here. Boy Honey you sure must of baked a lot of those fruit cakes this year. You are such a wonderful little cook dearest, gosh Honey just a perfect little wife in every way.
Honey dear you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful awful darn much and you know I always will dearest. You are so darn sweet and so precious in every way darling. Gosh honey isn’t it wonderful to be married, to really own each other. Our love for each other is so great honey, I know that there isn’t or never will be a couple that loves each other more than we do or are any happier married dearest. Honey dear it will be so heavenly to have your sweet little arms around me and mine around you and your precious lips pressed against mine. Honey dear I am going to tickle the bottom of my sweet little feet and kiss my sweet little neck, yes I am now dear. Honey I know God hears our prayers and will keep us safe and bring us together as soon as possible. Please take wonderful care of my precious parts Honey, gee but they are wonderful and I love them so darn much. Yours are fine dearest, miss you so awful darn much. You are the sweetest and most adorable little wife in this world dearest and I love you so awful darn much and you know I always will dear.
Well sug I guess I had better close for this time and I’ll write you as soon as possible now dearest. I’ll be looking for your precious letters now darling. Please be awful, awful careful now dearest and please take wonderful care of my darling. Remember now dear, chin up and always happy. Tell all hello dearest.
