My Dearest Darling Wife,
Hello sweet little darling, how is my adorable little angel. Awful, awful sweet I know and fine I hope. You had better be dear. Gee darling I got two of the sweetest letters today and I was so darn thrilled to get them dearest. They were so darn sweet and so precious in every way dolly, just like all your wonderful letters are. Your letters were the twelfth and eighteenth of December dear, so that was pretty good time. I also got one letter from the folks Honey. Boy the mail has sure been coming in good these last few days dear and I sure hope it continues now. Gee darling your wonderful letters mean the world and all to me and they are so darn sweet. They make me so awful, awful happy dear and make me feel so wonderful all over darling. Honey dear isn’t it wonderful how swell you feel after you hear from the one that means everything to you. Honey dear I sure hope you are still getting my mail all right now. You are so darn sweet darling and I love you so awful darn much.
I am feeling fine now dearest and getting along all right in every way now. I have plenty of everything now. Well Honey it is a pretty nice day here or at least it has been. It is about three in the afternoon but the sun has been out bright all day up until a few minutes ago. It sure does cool when it rains and really feels swell. Sure hope you are having nice weather dear and not to cold.
Happy New Year darling. Gee darling how I would of liked to awoke you with a big kiss this morning and gave
you that greeting. Three years ago this morning I woke you up darling but it
was by knocking on your front door. Remember Honey it was awful weather and
everything was covered with ice and you didn’t think anything about me coming
down and no one was up yet. You came down and let me in and we stood there by
the register in the living room while the furnace was getting started. You had
on those blue sayon pajamas, remember dearest. I’ll
bet you remember something else that happened while we were standing there to
dear, do you Honey. You and I spent the day up home and then came back down to
your house that evening and we just stayed there the rest of the evening. Gee
but what a wonderful day Honey. Good thing that living room can’t tell stories
about the morning or evening either. We sure spent a lot of happy hours in
there dear. Remember on Saturdays when I would drop in for a little while dear.
Gee darling we could be enjoying ourselves so darn much and be having so much
fun if we was together today. We could be doing what ever we wanted to and
whatever it was we would be together every minute dear. If it was real bad out
dear we could spend the day right at home and enjoy ourselves so darn much.
Honey we are both hoping and praying so much that this rotation will work out
or this thing will end so we can be in each others arms this time next year and
I sure hope we have spent several months together by this time next year
darling. I know God will do everything in his power for us dear and keep us
safe and bring us together as soon as possible. This past year we have had so
much help from God Honey and we have so awful, awful much to be thankful for.
Darling I am hoping this new year will be such a happy
one for you and I know it will be darling. I hope so much that is will be one
we can spend part of together dear and then be able to spend every day out of
all the rest of the years together for the rest of our lives. Gee but we will
be happy dearest and everything will be so darn heavenly. Well Honey I worked
from midnite till six this morning so I saw the old
year out and the new one in. We are going to have turkey tonite
and I am sure going to enjoy that. We have had fresh meat two or three other
times this week to. The meat we do get is sure good to cause all of our things,
or most all of them, come from the states now where a lot of it used to come
from
Honey dear I received another swell box today and I was so darn happy to get it dearest. It was the one that had the three different kinds of fruit juice in it dear. Boy Honey I will really enjoy that one of these days when I am real thirsty and hungry to. I have really drank a lot of fruit juices since I been in the army dear. They usually have it in the post exchanges when you are where you are getting any post exchange supplies but we don’t have any thing in our post exchange now. Gosh Honey you are so darn swell to me and always send me so many nice things. Just the most perfect little wife in the world darling and gee I am so darn proud of you Honey. This makes three packages from you dear and one from the folks. Sure hope the rest of them come in all right now.
Honey dear you are so darn sweet and I love you so awful, awful darn much and you know I always will dearest. You are so darn sweet and so precious in every way honey. Gosh Honey we are so happily married and love each other more every day. Honey dear I’ll say I remember when you used to hold me and you would change around and I would hold you. We sure spent a lot of hours in the car like that dear. Now Honey we can be like that all the time and darling I am going to hold you so awful, awful tight and I’ll bet our kiss will be awful, awful long ones dear. I’ll have your shoes off to dear and tickle those sweet little feet yes I will now dearest. Please take wonderful care of my precious parts Honey, gee but they are wonderful and I love them so darn much. Yours are fine dear, miss you so awful darn much. Honey you are the sweetest and most adorable little wife in this world and I love you so awful, awful much and you know I always will dear.
Well sug I guess I had better close for this time and I’ll write you as soon as possible now dearest. I’ll be looking for your precious letters now dearest. Please be awful, awful careful now dearest and take wonderful care of my precious little darling. Remember now baby doll, chin up and always happy. Tell all hello dear.
